Regarding ".out" file not being updated despite job status "running"

Dear CRYSTAL Team,
Recently I have encounered an issue while using CRYSTAL software. My jobs get stuck at cell and coordinate opimization stage, the job status show 'running' but out file and temporary files are not being updated for days. Could you tell me what might be causing this issue and how do I resolve this?
I am sharing my input file and .out file for reference, please find attached documents.
